Organizational Styles Can Take Place - 913 Words

Organizational styles can take place because of a number of reasons. Whether the organization has a diverse staff or limited resources, each of these components play a part in how an organization is run. A smaller business may subscribe to organizational style that leans toward autocratic, whereas a larger organization may lean to the employees as a source of insight and innovation. Each organization must run in a manner that is most effective about bringing about constant positive change, whether its better productivity, cost saving results, or a more efficient workplace. Organizational Theories Classical theory is about the organization, any reference or concern about the employees from a business standpoint is more of an after thought. Classical focuses on the needs of the organization and how can those needs produce the goals most important to organizational activity. Classical focuses on specific components of organizational theory including managerial tasks, administrative duties, and raw data. Employee morale is an important aspect of any business however when dealing with a classical organizational style can easily be affected.
